Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the BridgeCare Outreach Foundation website at joinbridgecare.org. It does not cover websites or services run by other organizations, including payment and social media services linked from our site.

• When you donate: Donation amount, frequency, transaction details, and contact information associated with your gift. Stripe processes online payments and may collect payment method and billing information. BridgeCare does not receive your full card number from Stripe Checkout.
• When you visit: Our hosting and technical services may process standard information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and the date and time of a request to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not send medical records or other sensitive personal information through ordinary email or website links.

How we use information

We use information to respond to messages, process and document donations, provide receipts or donation support, maintain the website, prevent misuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We may use information you share with us to follow up about the specific BridgeCare activity you contacted us about.

We do not publish donor names or payment details on the website without permission.

Payments, videos, and outside links

When you continue to donate, you leave our site for Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy. If you choose to play an embedded Instagram or YouTube video, that service may receive information about your visit and use cookies or similar technology. Links to outside sites, including social media and news stories, are governed by those sites’ policies.

Payment and embedded media providers may use cookies or similar technology when you use their services. Your browser settings can limit cookies. Limiting them may affect checkout or video playback.
